Leaving behind a lucrative career in Sales and Customer Services in a variety of industries, Jas decided that he wanted to share those experiences with other business owners and joined ActionCOACH East Midlands as a Business Coach in 2007. After 7 successful years he then went on to set up REACH Business Coaching.

Jas is an experienced campaigner and has an extremely successful track record in sales, marketing, customer services, retention and team building. In one business, he grew revenues by 830% in one year. Working in various industries has given Jas an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses in the East Midlands, whether they be small or large organisations. Jas’s experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries, including wholesale, retail, the service industry, recruitment, banking, and telecommunications. He has worked with and managed teams of 2 to 240 members.

Jas’s passion is for coaching and he has successfully coached teams in telesales, customer services and customer retention. Jas has an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people he works with by inspiring them to reach heights they never thought possible. It’s his zest for life and boundless energy that makes him an infectious person to be around.

Jas is happily married to Angela and they have 2 beautiful daughters Poppy and Jasmine. Whilst he loves to travel, Jas does feel “there’s no place like home”. In his spare time, Jas is a keen follower of sports and relaxes by reading and spending quality time with this friends and family. Jas also spends time raising money for worthwhile causes.
